Memory Gravity is a service of UAB Ansvery, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius, Lithuania. We are the data controller for the processing described here.
For any privacy question, write to us: email us.
This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no tracking pixels or advertising tags. There is no sign-up form: the only way to contact us from here is by email.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, time, requested address, browser identification — which are needed to serve the page and to keep it secure. We use them for no other purpose.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to deliver the font file.
When you email us we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to put in the message, in order to reply and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep that correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by accounting and limitation rules.
To provide the service we process the business contact details of the people you name as users — full name, work email, and their activity in our dashboard — in order to give them access and to keep the service secure. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with your company.
The service itself observes publicly available mobile applications and the information published about them by the application stores. We do not ask for, and you must not send us, credentials to your systems or personal data about your own users. Public app store reviews that we collect may contain the pseudonymous author names published by the stores; we process them for market research on the basis of our legitimate interest and never use them to contact anyone.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers used to analyse the material we collect, and email and accounting services. They act on our instructions under written agreements. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
You may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable form. Write to us at the address above and we will answer within one month. If you believe we handled your data wrongly you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
